Princess Juliana International Airport [Saint Martin]
Princess Juliana International Airport (IATA SXM, ICAO TNCM) serves the Dutch part of the island of Saint Martin. It is the third busiest airport in the Eastern Caribbean, after Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Las Americas International airport in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

It is named after Juliana of the Netherlands, who as crown princess landed here in 1944, the year after the airport opened.

What makes the airport really unique is that its runway is right on a Caribbean beach. This provides the visitors an opportunity to closely watch landing aircrafts. Almost all major American and Caribbean and European airlines serves this glorious airport.
